Londyn’s World Wear – Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices, product descriptions, and promotions are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian approval.

2. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Payments are processed securely. For PayPal transactions, all purchases are final unless authorized exchanges or store credit apply. Any PayPal disputes must comply with the return/exchange policy outlined below. 

Unauthorized disputes may be rejected if the buyer did not follow proper return procedures.

3. Shipping & International Orders

U.S. Shipping: We ship to all U.S. states. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the error is ours.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping charges.

Lost or delayed shipments are not the responsibility of Londyn’s World Wear.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

All sales at Londyn’s World Wear are final unless otherwise stated.

Eligible exchanges or store credit may be requested within 15 days of delivery if items are:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Size Exchange Only:

  • Customers may request size exchanges only.
  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and desired size.
  • Approved items must be returned in original condition.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Report defective/damaged items within 3 days of delivery with photos clearly showing the issue.
  • Approved defective items will be issued exchange or store credit only.

Authorization Required:

  • All returns, exchanges, or claims require prior approval. Items returned without authorization may be refused.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.

5. Children’s Apparel & Hygiene Clause

For health and safety reasons, children’s apparel and accessories, including hats, headwear, and wearable accessories, cannot be returned or exchanged once worn or used.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, or extended handling will not be accepted.

6. PayPal & Payment Dispute Compliance 

Customers must follow the exchange/store credit procedure before opening a PayPal dispute. Claims submitted outside of this policy may be denied, as all terms are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. PayPal disputes for unauthorized returns or items not following the above policy may be resolved in our favor.

7. International Considerations 

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for customs clearance, taxes, and import fees. Exchanges are limited to one-time size exchanges due to international shipping costs. Shipping times may vary; Londyn’s World Wear is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Products are provided “as-is” and Londyn’s World Wear is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or alteration. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for choosing the correct size and proper use of products.

9. Policy Updates

Londyn’s World Wear reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
